Guava Purees and Juices

Guavas are cultivated in many tropical and subtropical countries. Guava pulp may be sweet or sour, off-white to deep pink, with the seeds in the central pulp of variable number and hardness, depending on species. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and anti- inflammatory agent. Fresh guava is known to be low in calories and high in Vitamin C.

In addition, it is very delicious and is characterized by high consumer acceptability because of its distinctive aroma and flavor. Being rich in vitamins A and C, and high levels of dietary fiber, guava is regarded as one of the "super fruits". Guava contains carotenoids and poly-phenols - the major classes of antioxidant pigments. The fruit can be extensively used to make candies, preserves, jellies, jams, marmalades, and also for juices. Pink guava can be used as the base of salted products such as sauces, constituting a substitute for tomatoes. iTi now supplies aseptic pink guava puree, aseptic pink guava concentrate, aseptic white guava puree, frozen guava essence, aseptic organic guava puree.

Our guava puree is aseptically processed, manufactured from highest quality fruits free of insects and diseases. Our guava puree is creamy in texture, and confirms to highest industry quality standards. We have various varieties of guava puree from Malaysia, Ecuador, and India etc. We have both white and pink guava puree. These products are free from stone cells. Standard applications include: juices, nectars, baby food and jelly.

Guava concentrate is manufactured using mature fruit, free of insects and diseases. The fruit is processed aseptically system through cold extractor grinding, followed by an enzymatic deactivation, evaporation, enzyme addition and puree concentration and sterilization. We have both pink guava concentrate ( Malaysia and Ecuador) and white guava concentrate (India). Guava concentrate can be used in beverages, icecream, jams, jellies, sauces and cereal bars
